The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The software is licensed, not sold.

The SOFTWARE is owned by Coherent Graphics Limited. The SOFTWARE is protected by United Kingdom Copyright Law and International Treaty Provisions. This License Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.

You may not resell, transfer, rent or lease the software. You may not transfer the rights obtained under this license to any third party.

EVALUATION LICENSE: This demo software is licensed to you to allow you to see if the full version may suit your needs, for THIRTY DAYS ONLY, after which point it must be destroyed. It confers no license in regard to the full version. IT MAY NOT BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL OR PROFIT-MAKING ACTIVITIES.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Coherent Graphics Limited may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software and all of its component parts.

The software is being delivered to you AS IS and Coherent Graphics Limited makes no warranty as to its use or performance. COHERENT GRAPHICS LIMITED AND ITS SUPPLIERS DO NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. COHERENT GRAPHICS LIMITED AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL COHERENT GRAPHICS LIMITED OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF A COHERENT GRAPHICS LIMITED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. This License Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
